Join me for meditations in Berlin
In these classes you're invited to welcome your morning with a blissful journey within — letting go of the busy day ahead and starting with a moment for yourself.
Together we’ll dive into some intuitiv movement to wake up the body and energize ourselves, explore breathing exercises and relax into a guided meditation focussing on different topics and intention-setting each week (such as joy, compassion, grounding…).
Slow down, connect with your inner compass and welcome the new day present, aligned and full of joy.
The classes are suitable for all levels and in English. They are bookable via Urban Sports Club or directly via the studios.
